Billboard reports that “Best Dressed” MTV Video Music Awards were handed out on the red carpet during Sunday’s event. The winners included Ne-Yo, who wore Louis Vuitton sunglasses, and scandal-tracking entertainment blogger Perez Hilton, who showed up in a pale yellow plaid suit. “The awards were a far cry from a Moonman, however.
